Q: Is this offer only for cafés? Or could *my business* make use of this phenomenal deal?

Brothers and Sisters ~ please make note that we are unable to issue refunds after the project kick off call. We want you to love your site and will work with you to make sure that is the case. However due to the digital and bespoke nature of the landing page customization there are no refunds offered after work has begun. Make sure to read the FAQ and reach out before purchasing if you have any unanswered questions or concerns.

A: Kings and Queens! Like *magic* this can be adapted to almost any small biz or creative endeavor. Mercantiles, tattoo artistes, makers and builders and doers. Restaurants. Book Launches. Salons. Q: Do I need to purchase anything in addition to the package? Are there any additional costs associated with this package?

A: Good question - yes. Once your website is ready to launch, you will need to purchase a basic Showit subscription plan (which is $19/month) and have a domain url registered for your business (if you don't already have one, they are usually ~$20/year).

Q: What if I want to incorporate online ordering, or another such extra?

A: We’d love to help. This would be considered an "add-on" and it’s best if we chat about your needs so we can give you an accurate quote. Fill out a quick inquiry here.

Q: Can I make future site updates myself?

A: Yes! Showit is considered on of the easiest drag-and-drop site builders out there. We can refer you to a host of tutorials so you can DIY any basic updates you might want to make. We also offer design help/site maintenance for $100/hour if DIY does not float your boat.

Q: What if I don't have branding (logo, fonts, colors) yet?

A: We can help! Submit an inquiry and we can talk about starting with our branding services (starting at $500).

Q: What if I don't have any good images yet?

A: We'll work through it. We can help source some awesome stock photos/art (like those featured in the demos).

Q: Isn't facebook/instgram/tiktok/etc. enough?I Do I really need a website too? 

A: Yes! Probably! We like to think of your website as your credibility anchor ⚓️.  Social media etc. are valuable tools but nothing beats a proper site/landing page to showcase the essentials (your vibe, how to find you, what you offer, and special exciting news). Sort of like a homebase for all your other outreach. It is an important part of the experience you are offering to your current and future customers.

Q: How can I see your calendar/availability before I purchase? 

A: Our most up to date availability calendar is located here. Any available "Monday" means that week is open and available. Of course this is not guaranteed until you complete your purchase ~ reach out if you have more specific scheduling needs or urgency.
